These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Snabb mobile application, website and grocery delivery service (together, the “Service”), operated by Dotless Private Limited (“Snabb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Snabb. You’re responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please let us know promptly at hello@dot-less.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
2. Orders & availability
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase the items in your basket. We accept that offer when we confirm the order in the app. All items are subject to availability — occasionally a product is out of stock after you order, in which case we’ll offer a suitable substitute or refund the affected item.
- Weighed items (produce, meat, deli) may vary slightly; you’re charged the actual weight delivered.
- Age-restricted goods, where offered, require valid ID on delivery.
- We may limit quantities of certain items per order.
3. Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. The total shown at checkout includes the item prices and any delivery fee disclosed before you confirm. We work hard to keep prices accurate, but if a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable, we may cancel the affected order and refund you. Payment is taken using the method you select at checkout.
4. Delivery
We’ll deliver to the address you provide, within our serviceable areas and delivery windows. Estimated times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by weather, traffic, or island logistics. Someone aged 18 or over should be available to receive the order; if we can’t reach you, we’ll follow the instructions you’ve left or attempt a redelivery.
5. Cancellations, refunds & quality
You can cancel an order before it’s been picked and packed. If something arrives damaged, spoiled, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right — typically with a refund or replacement. Our refunds are issued to your original payment method.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you won’t:
- use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- resell items obtained through Snabb without our written permission; or
- abuse, harass, or endanger our riders, staff, or other customers.
7. Promotions & credits
Promotional offers, vouchers and account credits are subject to their own terms, have no cash value, and may be changed or withdrawn. They’re for personal use and may not be transferred or sold.
8. Intellectual property
The Snabb name, logo, app and content are owned by Dotless Private Limited or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose.
9. Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll let you know through the app or by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
