This Privacy Policy explains how Dotless Private Limited (“Snabb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use the Snabb app, website and grocery delivery service (the “Service”). 1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to get your groceries to your door:

  • Account details — your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Delivery information — your address, delivery notes, and location while an order is in progress.
  • Order history — what you’ve bought, so we can support you and suggest reorders.
  • Payment information — processed securely by our payment partners; we don’t store full card numbers.
  • Device & usage data — app version, device type, and basic analytics to keep things running smoothly.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • take, pack and deliver your orders, and keep you updated on their progress;
  • process payments, refunds and credits;
  • provide customer support and resolve issues;
  • improve the Service, including product selection and delivery times; and
  • send you service messages and — only with your consent — marketing you can opt out of at any time.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Service: with our delivery riders (to bring your order), payment processors (to take payment), and trusted service providers who help us operate (such as hosting and analytics), under appropriate confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Location data

With your permission, we use your device location to set your delivery address accurately and to enable live order tracking. You can turn location access off in your device settings, though some features may not work as well without it.

5. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Your choices & rights

You can, at any time:

  • access and update your account details in the app;
  • opt out of marketing messages;
  • turn off location and notification permissions; and
  • request a copy or deletion of your personal information by emailing us.

7. Security

We use technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and regular reviews — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take our responsibility here seriously.

8. Children

Snabb isn’t intended for children. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll remove it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you through the app or by email and update the date above.
